Game names, characters, images and other elements are the property of their respective owners and are used for informational and community reference purposes only.
Angels Trade is an online classifieds platform (listing marketplace) that allows users to post, browse, and connect with others to trade items, accounts, and in-game currency related to Angels Online. We act exclusively as a bulletin board; we are not a party to any transaction and do not act as seller, buyer, broker, agent, or fiduciary in any operation.
Angels Trade charges no commissions on transactions between users and receives no compensation for facilitating these operations. The listing service is provided free of charge to the community.
All transactions conducted through Angels Trade are private, direct, and voluntary agreements exclusively between users (seller and buyer). Angels Trade does not intervene, supervise, guarantee, or validate any transaction or the conduct of any user.
Angels Trade is NOT responsible for: (a) undelivered, partial, or incorrect deliveries of items, accounts, or in-game currency; (b) fraud, deception, scams, or any other dishonest conduct by any user; (c) the quality, accuracy, or truthfulness of information in listings; (d) loss of funds, accounts, items, or in-game assets arising from any transaction; (e) breach of agreements between parties; (f) bans, suspensions, or penalties imposed by iGG as a result of transactions.
Use of the service is at your own risk. Users acknowledge and accept that all transactions are conducted under their sole responsibility. We strongly recommend verifying the counterpart's reputation, requesting proof of the item or account before payment, and using payment methods that offer buyer protection.
Angels Trade does not offer escrow services, transaction insurance, or any dispute resolution mechanism between users. Any dispute between parties must be resolved directly between them.
Angels Online, its characters, names, logos, images, music, graphics, and other game elements are the exclusive intellectual property of iGG (I Got Games) and/or its licensors. Angels Trade makes no claim of ownership over any of these elements.
Any game names, screenshots, or images used on this platform are used solely for informational and community reference purposes, without intent to profit from that content and without intention to infringe any intellectual property rights.
If you are a copyright holder or authorized representative and believe that content on Angels Trade infringes your rights, please contact us at thurel18@gmail.com describing the content in question and we will remove it promptly.
Users who post listings are solely responsible for the content they upload, including images, descriptions, and data. By posting, they guarantee they hold the necessary rights to that content and grant Angels Trade a non-exclusive, royalty-free, revocable license to display it on the platform.
Angels Trade reserves the right to remove any content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights or violates these Terms, without prior notice and without liability.

Violation of any of these obligations may result in the suspension or permanent deletion of the user's account, without prejudice to any legal action that may apply.
⚠️ Warning: The buying and selling of game accounts, items, virtual gold, or other digital assets may be prohibited or restricted by iGG's and Angels Online's Terms of Service. Angels Trade does not endorse, promote, or guarantee that such activities are permitted by the game developer.
Users acknowledge and accept that Angels Trade assumes no responsibility for the suspension, ban, deletion, or any other penalty applied by iGG to a game account as a result of transactions conducted through this platform or any activity contrary to the game's policies.
It is each user's exclusive responsibility to review and comply with the game's Terms of Service before conducting any transaction.
Angels Trade may offer an "Official Store" section with products and services, as well as a "Credits" system for use within the platform.
Angels Trade virtual credits have no monetary value outside the platform, are not refundable for real money, are not transferable between users, and do not constitute legal tender. Their use is subject to the specific conditions published in the Credits section.
All payments made to purchase credits or store products are processed according to the conditions stated at the time of purchase. Angels Trade reserves the right to modify prices, availability, and product terms at any time.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Angels Trade and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from the use of or inability to use the service, including without limitation: loss of data, loss of profits, loss of in-game assets, loss of reputation, or any other intangible loss.
Angels Trade does not guarantee that the service will be available without interruption, free of errors, or completely secure. The service is provided "as is" and "as available."
The total maximum liability of Angels Trade to any user, for any cause whatsoever, shall be limited to the amount actually paid by that user to Angels Trade in the thirty (30) days prior to the event giving rise to the claim, or $0.00 USD if no payment has been made.
Angels Trade reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service (or any part of it) at any time, with or without notice, without incurring any liability to users or third parties.
These Terms may be updated at any time. The current version will always be available on this page with the date of last update. Continued use of the service after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
Angels Trade may suspend or delete accounts of users who violate these Terms, without prior notice and without right to compensation or refund.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. For the resolution of any dispute arising from the use of Angels Trade, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Mexico City, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply to them.
If any provision of these Terms is declared invalid or unenforceable by a competent court, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, and the remaining Terms shall remain in full force and effect.
